WordPress and WooCommerce migration to another host

RDN Migrare

We move your site with its products, orders and customers.

We move your WordPress site or store to another host or another domain, with all its products, orders and customers. Or you move it yourself, from your browser, with the same app we use.

What we move

Three services, each in two versions.

Each one comes in two versions: you give us access and we handle everything, or you buy a session and do the migration yourself, from your browser. The services in detail →

Pricing

“We handle everything” means checking both servers, the migration, checking the new site and the complete log, with everything left to do manually.

If you do it yourself.

A complete site, in five stages.

  • Server checks: PHP, WordPress version, free space and the database, on both servers.
  • File inventory: a list of what needs moving, so the workload is clear from the start.
  • File transfer: 8 MB chunks, each one verified on arrival.
  • The database: moves in full, with the new domain put in everywhere it's needed.
  • Finishing: the new site is checked and you get the log, with what moved and what's left to set up manually. How a migration works →

Security

Why you can trust us with your server.

  • A single, temporary file. A “bridge” is uploaded to each server: a file that only answers cryptographically signed requests for your migration. Anyone else gets “page not found”. The bridge and your server's antivirus →
  • It deletes itself. The bridge expires after 72 hours, without anyone needing to do anything, and is deleted at the end. The one on the old server can only read.
  • Access details stay encrypted. Passwords and API keys are never stored in plain text anywhere.
  • No work is lost. Everything runs in short steps, with progress saved after each one. You can close the browser. All the security measures →

For WooCommerce stores

What the app handles on its own.

  • The new store's emails are paused during the move and resume at the end, so customers don't get messages about old orders.
  • Stock levels are copied once more after the orders, because WooCommerce deducts stock for every order created.
  • Expired coupons don't block the order: the discount appears as a separate line, with a note, and the total stays correct.
  • Order numbers stay the original ones, so invoices already issued still match.
  • The totals of every moved order are compared with those in the old store.
  • Customers move with their billing and shipping addresses. Administrator accounts stay where they are.

Honest, from the start

What doesn't move automatically.

We'd rather you know from the start. They all appear in the final log too.

  • SEO settings from Yoast or Rank Math are set up again on the new store.
  • Recommended and grouped products — upsell and cross-sell links — are recreated manually.
  • Downloadable product files are uploaded separately to the new store.
  • Customer passwords can't be read through the API. Customers set a new password with “Forgot password”. When moving a complete site, passwords stay.
