HR software with REGES-Online
RDN HR
All your companies, in one HR program.
RDN HR keeps the records of employees, employment contracts, leave and legal deadlines for every company you manage. Contracts go straight to REGES-Online, with a receipt, and reminders go out on their own on WhatsApp and by email, to the client and to the colleague in charge.
Who it is for
One HR program for many companies at once.
Each client's employees, contracts and deadlines are kept separate, and you see all of them on a single screen, with what is overdue today shown first.

The app
Employee records at a glance.
The dashboard shows what is overdue today, which contracts expire within 30 days and what still has to be sent to REGES-Online. The screenshots are from the app, with fictitious data.
REGES-Online
REGES-Online and import from REVISAL.
Since 1 January 2026, REVISAL has been replaced by REGES-Online, the electronic employee register run by the Labour Inspectorate. RDN HR submits straight to the register, tracks the status of every submission and uses the old REVISAL files when importing new clients.

A new contract, in five steps.
A new client, with data from REVISAL.
Automatic reminders
Employee deadlines, tracked automatically.
The app works out the deadlines from each employee's data. You choose how many days in advance, to whom and on which channel the reminder goes: on WhatsApp Business, the official option, or by email.
Emails flagged in Outlook become reminders too, linked to the client by the sender's address.

Licences
Choose how you pay for the RDN HR licence.
Each licence includes the number of computers you need and starts on the day you activate the code. Updates install automatically, at night, after a backup.
The price depends on the licence type and the number of computers. Tell us how many clients and employees you manage and we will send you a quote.
